Visitors will be delighted by the museum-like exterior and the carefully selected cups and saucers for their tea time. The stylish decor inside and the attentive service invite guests to a special experience. On the first floor, you can enjoy a calm atmosphere, while the second floor offers a luxurious moment with a panoramic view of the Yatsugatake mountains through glass.

Right next to the torii gate of Suwa Taisha, a modern tea house quietly stands. The exterior features a full glass design, and its presence reminiscent of a gallery made me stop in my tracks. As I entered, a row of high-end brand teacups lined the shelves, and the ability to choose my favorites was very exciting. From the large windows on the second floor, I could see the Yatsugatake mountains and the shrine building in one view, offering a refreshing landscape. The colorful herbal tea had a pleasant aroma, and I felt that even the small baked goods served alongside were made with care. It was a moment of tranquility where I could enjoy both the tableware and the scenery, leaving my heart feeling content.
