Fresh pork offal, freshly prepared that morning, is carefully processed and simmered for over 4 hours. The key to the flavor is a richly aromatic miso blended in-house, with a hint of soy sauce. Beef offal is added as a secret ingredient!

Our predecessor was a tonkatsu shop that lasted for 30 years. The flavor of kushikatsu, inherited from that tradition, is authentic. We accept orders from one skewer, including options like fillet and loin. Starting from 150 yen.
Our kushi katsu is different from Kansai-style deep-fried skewers, as it is coated with coarser breadcrumbs, resulting in a crispy texture.
What enhances the flavor of the skewered cutlet is the homemade sauce, a secret recipe passed down from the previous generation.
The taste of offal varies depending on freshness and preparation methods. 'Fried Throat Cartilage' is a rare part that can only be obtained in about 20g from a whole pig! When fried, it offers a unique crunchy texture.
The 'Special Grilled Tongue Skewers' use a part called 'Tan Moto', which is located at the base of the tongue and is a rare cut that can only be obtained from one cow for about one skewer.

Pork harami is a delicious cut with a good amount of fat, but it tends to become tough when grilled. Therefore, it is quickly seared to remove excess fat while adding a savory flavor to the surface, and cooked rare on the inside to finish as 'tataki.'
