Located by the riverbank of Kawarako Coast, this is 'Sushi Place Ikko'. We procure carefully selected fresh seafood daily from local fish and various regions across the country, including Toyosu Market. Our skilled chefs prepare sushi that can be enjoyed with all five senses, in terms of appearance and taste. We also have private rooms that are perfect for banquets, business meetings, and celebrations. *Our establishment is a designated 'Hitachi no Kuni Ise Shrimp Dealer' by Ibaraki Prefecture.*
■ We offer 20 to 25 types of sushi toppings at all times. ■ We source seasonal fish and shellfish. ■ We use sun-dried and hand-harvested Koshihikari rice. ■ Our sushi vinegar is a blend of Chidori vinegar from Kyoto and Yokoi rice vinegar. ■ We use sun-dried sea salt made from flat kettle salt. ■ We have separate soy sauce for sashimi and sushi.
