It is a calm house located in a quiet place, and the interior evokes a sense of nostalgia that is pleasant. The ordering method is simple and fun, as you write your order on a piece of paper at the table and hand it over. The skewers, carefully grilled over charcoal, have just the right amount of salt, and you can really taste the umami in the liver, skin, and cartilage. They bring out the skewers gradually as they are cooked, so you can always enjoy them hot. The place is run by a family, and they have a nice way of quietly watching over you when you want to spend some time in peace. They also have a selection of local sake, and you can be satisfied with dishes like chicken breast, pickled plum with cucumber, and even finish with udon, making it a comfortable place to spend time whether alone or with friends.
