In a calming space of a detached house, the scent of wood is pleasant. The service is soft, allowing for a relaxed time. The assortment of appetizers is carefully prepared, with flavors that pair well with wine. The spaghetti, with the umami of tomatoes coming forward, pairs very well with the squid. The white asparagus risotto has a spread of cheese aroma, and the texture of the rice is exquisite. The wine beef grilled over charcoal is fragrant, and it was enjoyable to experience the differences between the misuji and hatsu cuts.
