In a calm café that blends into the streets of the foreigner’s quarter, the atmosphere is very lovely. The bite-sized canelé has a crispy exterior and a moist, elastic interior, with a rich variety of flavors. Some are adorned with berry and fruit jellies, making them visually charming, and the packaging is stylish. The butter sand combines smooth butter cream with special fresh caramel, and you can also enjoy flavors like rum raisin, pistachio, and raspberry. The coffee has a wonderful aroma and tastes great, and the espresso is well-balanced. Both the canelé and butter sand, as well as the cream puffs, are made with care and are suitable for gifts.
