Dishes with a complex and layered flavor, made with a focus on earth elements, are served one by one. It seems that the chef prepares everything alone, and there are comments about the slow service, but that may be the customers' selfishness. It is natural that this style is not suitable for large groups, but it is clear that they are trying to optimize the process to serve carefully crafted dishes.
