Origin: Italy, Sicily Grape Varieties: Nero d'Avola 70%, Frappato 30% Sweetness Level: Sweet ☆☆☆★☆ Dry Body: Light ☆☆☆☆★ Strong Winemaking Method: Vittoria in eastern Sicily is a very hot region. The influence of the hot rising winds creates a temperature difference between day and night, allowing the grapes to develop concentrated flavors. Aged for 9 months in stainless steel tanks, with over 3 months in bottle. Wine Characteristics: A lively purple color with garnet hues. Strong fruity aroma reminiscent of cherries soaked in brandy. Mild spiciness like cloves, along with aromas of ripe red fruits such as blackcurrants and blackberries. The mouthfeel is supple and rich. Notable for its refined tannins and elegant aftertaste. Origin: Floramundi is inspired by a woman who weaves flowers and fruits together. It seems as if the elegant and sophisticated flowers of blooming Vittoria are chatting with traditional Sicilian puppets. Food Pairings: Pairs well with all types of meat, e.g., braised pork belly with Zhenjiang black vinegar, spicy chicken (Sichuan-style stir-fried chicken wings), and Sichuan-style spicy beef shabu.
Origin France, Pic Saint Loup Grape Varieties Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre Sweetness Level Dry ☆☆☆★☆ Body Light ☆☆☆★☆ The name "Les Eclats" refers to the stones unique to the vineyard where this wine is produced. It respects traditional methods using chalk, with long maceration and careful extraction of grape juice, performing "pigeage*" multiple times. *This is the process of stirring the layer of grape skins up and down with a long stick during fermentation in the tank. This labor-intensive work results in a wonderful body. Wine Characteristics Deep garnet color. Sweet aromas of strawberries and raspberries. A hint of leather and clove can be sensed. The mouthfeel is smooth with a softness typical of southern France, evoking the warmth of the southern sun. The finely textured gentle tannins and the lingering sweet aroma provide a very pleasant aftertaste. While it has the approachability of southern French wines, it is actually a wonderful wine with elegant charm. Perfect Pairings All types of meat, e.g., spicy preparations, chicken stir-fried with cashews.
Origin: France, Bordeaux, Haut-Médoc. Grape Varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc. Sweetness Level: Dry ☆☆☆★☆. Body: Light ☆☆☆★☆. Aged for 12 months on the lees, with 60% in new barrels and 40% in tanks. Wine Characteristics: A lively purple color with garnet hues. Strong fruity aroma reminiscent of cherries soaked in brandy. Mild spiciness like cloves, along with aromas of ripe red fruits such as blackcurrants and blackberries. The mouthfeel is supple and rich, with characteristic refined tannins and an elegant aftertaste. Food Pairing: Pairs well with all kinds of red meats, e.g., lamb rack stir-fried with thirteen spices, Sichuan-style spicy boiled beef shabu.
Origin: Spain, Catalonia Grape Varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeo Sweetness Level: Dry ☆☆★☆☆ Body: Light ☆☆☆★☆ Producer Introduction: Located 25 km south of Barcelona, this small winery was established in 1959 and has 40 hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are situated in a mountainous area, protected from strong northern winds, and the sandy and gravelly soil imparts minerals to the grapes. Led by the granddaughter of the founder, Ana Vidal, the family-run winery produces elegant wines that have received high praise internationally. Wine Characteristics: Fine yet powerful bubbles rise continuously. A refreshing citrus aroma gradually reveals roasted nut and almond notes. The acidity is sharp with a well-defined outline, while the fine bubbles envelop the palate, creating a pleasant balance. Finally, a subtle sweet aroma of the grapes lingers. Food Pairing: Pairs well with aperitifs, appetizers, and salads. It is versatile and easy to match with a wide range of dishes.
Origin: France, Champagne Grape Variety: Pinot Noir Sweetness Level: Sweet ☆☆☆☆★ Dry Body: Light ☆☆☆☆★ Strong Introduction of the Producer Established in 1737, a family-run champagne maker with six family members. They consistently produce from grape cultivation to brewing and bottling. Due to their commitment to quality, they produce only 45,000 bottles a year, making it a very rare champagne. 75% of the vineyards owned by the maison cultivate 'Pinot Noir', while the remaining 25% grows 'Chardonnay'. Only a small quantity is imported to Japan. Wine Characteristics: The grapes are harvested around October when the sugar content increases. The assemblage (blending) necessary for champagne production is done with vintage wines that have been aged for 3 to 4 years. This ensures that the highest quality is consistently maintained. The dosage is adjusted by adding 10g of sugar per liter, resulting in a smooth and well-bodied flavor. Perfect Pairing: Ideal for celebratory toasts and can be enjoyed in a wide range of settings.

The taste is lively, with a crisp acidity and flavorful herbal notes, and its suppleness brings balance to the wine. Origin: Rumera is a word that evokes the essence of Donnafugata. It symbolizes a beloved woman, representing joy and a fulfilled life, embodying the elegance of the woman depicted on the label. Rumera is the name of a woman featured in the sonnet (poem) by Sicilian poet Giacomo da Lentini, themed around 'love.'
