Located in a quiet residential area, it has a relaxing atmosphere where you can savor your experience. The interior is clean, comfortable, and easy to spend time in. The sushi rice, made with red vinegar, is small in size, has just the right firmness, and highlights the deliciousness of the rice. The preparation of the toppings is meticulous, and the white squid, horse mackerel, young gizzard shad, and sweet shrimp were very impressive. The snacks prepared by the proprietress are all delicious, and there are also unfamiliar brands of sake that add excitement. The quiet yet skillful chef and the friendly proprietress have a pleasant interaction that naturally brings a smile to your face.
