Tofu and burdock salad included Cut tofu on a bed of fresh lettuce, drizzled with sesame dressing, and topped with thinly sliced, crispy fried burdock. Choose your favorite kamameshi from a selection of 11 different types of kamameshi. For soup, choose from red miso soup, soup stock, or chicken soup.
