This dining experience was quite unbelievable. The options for a la carte dishes were very limited, and most could only choose from a set menu with a few selected dishes, which lacked flexibility. I can understand that the restaurant may be considering cost control and increasing table turnover, hoping to guide customers to choose set meals, but this design significantly affected the dining experience. (At seven in the evening, yellow croaker, pickled fish soup, and some chicken dishes, etc.) In the end, I could only order a plate of rice noodles and the so-called clay pot soup (cucumber and pork rib soup). The content of this meal, in terms of both portion size and variety, was clearly disproportionate to the actual price. Overall, the limited meal options and low cost-performance ratio were disappointing, making this dining experience quite unsatisfactory. Additionally, the quality of service also did not meet the expected standards. On that day, I ordered a pot of tea, and the staff poured the tea and served it to the customer without allowing it to steep for the appropriate time, when the tea leaves had not yet unfolded, which completely did not meet basic professional service standards and was truly astonishing. Moreover, during the dining process, the staff repeatedly stood behind the customers, talking close to the wall. Since the seating was right next to the wall, this behavior made one feel quite uncomfortable, severely affecting the comfort and overall experience of the meal. In summary, there is a significant gap between the expectations for this restaurant and the actual menu design, meal value, and service professionalism.
