The cozy space with a counter and tables is calming. The first dish I ordered, a Sichuan-style hot pot, was filled with the aroma of Sichuan pepper and star anise, and the flavors of seafood and meat were impressive. When I dipped it in the special garlic sauce, the taste deepened, and I couldn't stop eating. Next came the mapo tofu, which had silky tofu that was creamy, and the balance of spiciness and richness was outstanding. The boiled dumplings had a plump skin that paired well with a slightly sweet sauce, making for a fresh combination that was enjoyable. The fried rice and dan dan noodles also had a firm texture with the rice grains and noodles, leaving me completely satisfied until the end.
