In a beautiful store located on the first floor of a bustling street, both the counter and private rooms are comfortable. The friendly chef shows us a large crab and skillfully prepares it right in front of us. It's exciting to see the moment the crab is taken out of the tank right before our eyes. We can enjoy various flavors, from the sweetness of the fresh meat and the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the shabu to the savory grilled version. The rich crab miso enjoyed in the shell and a dish combined with cheese are also addictive. The rice served at the end is made with 'Ichihomare,' and it's nice to know that any leftovers can be made into onigiri.
