In a calm atmosphere, you can enjoy grilled meat leisurely at tables or in private rooms. The staff will assist with the grilling, allowing you to savor the meat at the perfect doneness. The homemade namul and kimchi use seasonal vegetables, and the goya namul is particularly interesting. The wagyu yukhoe wrapped in perilla leaves has an excellent balance of melting umami and freshness. Comparing the special beef tongue and flank steak with a citrus-based sauce or salt lemon is exciting due to the differences in texture and flavor. Additionally, the sweet potato salad pairs wonderfully with the freshly cooked rice, making for a delightful dining experience until the very end.

Premium Ishigaki Beef

Today's Ishigaki Beef, please ask the ASK staff. Ishigaki Beef is characterized by being raised in a warm region, as can be understood from its origin in Okinawa. Wagyu prefers warm climates, and Ishigaki Beef grows without stress in the tropical environment. This warm environment greatly influences the meat quality, resulting in a lean texture that is not overly fatty, along with a rich flavor that has a hint of sweetness.
