The owner of the restaurant has carefully prepared a special kaiseki course using the finest seasonal ingredients such as sea urchin, abalone, crab, salmon roe, caviar, throat blackfish, kichiji, sea bream, matsutake mushrooms, truffles, A5 brand beef, and seasonal vegetables from his own vegetable garden. This is a special kaiseki course plan carefully prepared by the owner using the best seasonal ingredients of the season. Not all ingredients are included in the course due to seasonal conditions and availability.
Selected Fudo] The plan uses seasonal ingredients such as seasonal seafood, vegetables from our own garden, and brand-name Japanese black beef, and includes the ever-popular earthenware pot with takikomi-gohan (rice cooked in a pot and served in an earthen pot).
This is a petit kaiseki-style course with a small number of dishes, and is intended for customers who are mainly interested in alcoholic beverages and for those who are just trying out the restaurant.
