Made with Sasanishiki, the highest quality rice produced in Miyagi Prefecture. The rice is soaked for 12 hours at low temperature for a long period of time and cooked in a feather kettle and hearth, so reservations must be made by the day before the meal. The vinegar is made from a blend of three varieties from the only brewery in Miyagi Prefecture. We hope you will enjoy it!
Red meat, scallop, horse mackerel

This is a delicious and easy-to-drink vinegar made using the traditional Japanese brewing method of 'Kobu Seichihaku' at a brewing vinegar factory in Shibata Town, Miyagi Prefecture. It is carefully fermented and slowly brewed, utilizing locally grown yuzu and domestically sourced fruits in their entirety without waste. It is served mixed with carbonated water.
A 'health grape vinegar' made primarily from 'grape brewing vinegar' and 'rice brewing vinegar' that have been carefully fermented and aged in barrels using large grapes, along with biwa leaf extract, vitamins, calcium, honey, and royal jelly, all sourced from natural domestic products.
