Hinomaru Whiskey is a domestic whiskey produced by Kiuchi Brewery, which began distillation in 2016. The ingredients include barley malt, as well as wheat from Ibaraki Prefecture and domestic rice, challenging the creation of Japanese craft whiskey unique to the brewery. Since 2020, daily distillation has been carried out at the 'Yasato Distillery' completed at the foot of Mount Tsukuba in Ibaraki Prefecture, producing various original spirits using different ingredients and barrels. 30ml 1,300 yen~

The refreshing citrus aroma, the spice flavors that evoke Japan, and the deep taste from cedar barrel aging truly express the sake brewery of Kiuchi and the surrounding terroir.
Straight / On the rocks / Soda mixed, this Kinuichi Umeshu is made by distilling Hitachino Nest Beer into beer spirits and then soaking ume fruits in it.
