At our branch of Botan Nabe Asamiya, which has been in business for over 35 years by the owner with over 50 years of hunting experience, we have made Botan Nabe available as a single-person hot pot set so that anyone can easily enjoy it. We simmer carefully selected wild boar meat in a miso-based sauce. It warms you up from the core of your body and is perfect for the cold season.
A recommended dish where slowly simmered braised pork belly is served with warm soba noodles, creating a delicious braised pork belly soba that melts in your mouth.
A set meal with crispy fried shrimp tempura, assorted seasonal vegetables, and a side of mini udon noodles. In spring, it includes shrimp tempura and wild mountain vegetables such as fiddlehead ferns, butterbur sprouts, burdock, bracken fern, sansho pepper buds, mugwort, and ostrich fern fiddleheads.
