We are particular about domestic Wagyu beef! This is a precious cut that can only be obtained from about 1 kilogram of Wagyu beef. Sorry, we are sold out! It is not frozen foreign beef or domestic beef, but Wagyu beef. We have removed the fat and sinew, but we have not included that in the price. So it is almost at cost.

This is a combination of Japanese beef sagari and tongue tendon. It is tenderized for easy consumption.
