This is a special vegetable and fish course prepared by a chef who loves fish and vegetables! This course is for fish and vegetable lovers, featuring carefully prepared Wakasa Bay wild fish from "Sakanaya Mizushima" in Maizuru City, Kyoto, and vegetables picked in the morning from Saku, Shinshu, and seasonal wild vegetables. (*Meat dishes are not available in this course.
*Course will be about 6-7 dishes including appetizers and desserts, and will be casual.

Generally, we do not allow outside wines, but please consult us for commemorative wines (one bottle per four guests is allowed. A corkage fee of 3,000 yen will be charged per bottle). A separate wine list is available. Please ask the staff.
