The counter has a calm atmosphere with a modern Japanese style. The chef is friendly and the conversation flows, creating a space where you can enjoy yourself without feeling tense. The omakase sushi uses ingredients selected from all over the country, and each piece brings a surprise. The octopus, in particular, was impressive, with the suction cups and the flesh prepared separately, infused with the aroma of plum. The balance between the rice and the topping is good, allowing for a light and enjoyable eating experience. The sake and wine pair well with the dishes, providing a sense of satisfaction until the very end.
