Mokubo

Mokubou is a hidden gem that offers exquisite soba made from locally sourced buckwheat flour from the Yatsugatake region and water from Tateshina. The owner, who has honed his skills through self-study, handles everything from grinding to kneading, cutting, and boiling the soba on his own, which enhances its deliciousness. Notably, the light and fluffy soba dumplings and the well-balanced dipping sauce are particularly appealing. You can truly savor the deep flavors of the soba here.
