Enjoy the immersive experience of charcoal grilling unique to an open kitchen. Skilled artisans are all directly trained by the head chef. The luxurious flames quickly grill the food, finishing it on a hot iron plate right in front of the customers. We practice daily until we can skillfully handle the charcoal, which changes like a living thing. Now, dip it in yuzu pepper and take your first bite.
First of all, we are particular about the ingredients. The chicken is not aged, and freshness is our top priority. We maintain the quality of branded chicken. The key to the flavor is the salt in the picture. The grilled salt made from natural ingredients is handmade exclusively by our head chef at all five Momotetsu group locations. Mr. Kiyo, who always works hard, puts in a lot of effort to make it.

We use Nagatomo tofu's Yosenabe tofu. It has a rich soybean flavor and a soft texture. It is recommended to use less soy sauce.

This cold soup was introduced on the Secret Kenmin Show! It is made from various natural ingredients centered around dried sardines, which are ground into powder and mixed with miso, then baked multiple times. Additionally, it is packed with healthy ingredients like tofu, cucumber, shiso leaves, and myoga ginger. Even in the hot summer of Miyazaki, when your appetite decreases, you can enjoy it lightly and stay energized. It is filled with a mother's love. Mix the cold soup well with warm rice and enjoy it all together at a medium temperature. A local resident who was interviewed said, 'Cold soup is like a nutritional drink!!'
