[Ingredients: Omachi Rice 100% Polishing Ratio: 60% Sake Meter Value: +2 Acidity: 2.0 Alc. 15 degrees] Made with the sake rice 'Omachi'. It has a moderate aroma, pleasant acidity, and gentle sweetness. Enjoy the 'Aki Tora Hiyama' that has matured after summer as a pairing with your meal. One cup.
[Ingredients: Kinu Hikari 100% Polishing Ratio: 65% Sake Meter Value +2 Acidity 1.8 alc. 15 degrees] This sake is actually shipped after being aged for 1 to 2 years. The richness, sweetness, and acidity are well expressed, and warming it further enhances the flavor. One cup.
[Ingredients: Yamada Nishiki rice from Shiga Prefecture, Koshihikari rice, Polishing ratio: 70%, Sake meter value: ±0, Acidity: 2.0, Alcohol: 16 degrees] A beautiful aged sake that has matured for 7 years! Blended with 80% of 2016 Yamahai Yamada Nishiki and 20% of 2019 Koshihikari, it has been crafted to deliver a rich umami and a sense of maturity. One cup.
