The Laugh-In Laugh-Ming Light Course is a casual way to enjoy raw meat and Wagyu female beef that has passed a rigorous screening process. The Wagyu yukke, a special choice, is made from Ota beef from Hyogo Prefecture. We also pay particular attention to vegetables, and our organic vegetable salad, shipped directly from farmers, is also excellent. The lava rock barbeque is a smokeless barbeque that produces almost no smoke, so you can enjoy your barbeque in an elegant manner. We only use female Wagyu beef, and the sweet, high quality fat is superb and melt-in-your-mouth. You can also enjoy the rare black tongue. This course includes soup and dessert, and is both reasonably priced and satisfying.
