The main course is "salted samgyeopsal" and "chukmi pokkeum," a spicy and delicious dish made by stir-frying the now in-season iidako (octopus) in a large stone pot. The dish is finished with stir-fried rice with the ingredients. The course also includes many other dishes that are not on the grand menu and are unique to Jangsoo Han Sake Bubba. The main course is "3 kinds of Korean BBQ meat including Japanese black beef" and "Maeuntang", a delicious spicy pufferfish hot pot. For the finish, add sari, Korean instant noodles, to the hot pot!
