The restaurant is proud of its "Mizutaki" (chicken stew), in which the flavorful extract of chicken is concentrated in the soup. The "karaage" (fried chicken), a signature dish along with mizutaki, is made from Japanese young chicken breast, and the batter is crispy and juicy inside. The soup for the chicken hot pot was delicious! As time went on, the flavor changed, and towards the end, it was a rich chicken broth as it was. When made into a rice porridge, it was the best with the rich chicken broth and beaten egg. It was almost full with reservations as soon as the restaurant opened. The meatballs had the texture and sweetness of onions added, and they were delicious. The meat on the bone was tender and falling off, and the vegetables simmered in the chicken broth were also very tasty. I ordered the fried chicken one by one and ate them. It was well-seasoned with salt, the chicken breast was tender, and it was delicious. I want to go again (laughs).

One game! Mizutaki! Mizutaki ONLY! What a surprise! Lunch and dinner are the same menu! Inevitably, lunch is also in the same price range. We are so confident! The night menu is very reasonable, but the lunch menu is not so good. The same people work and serve lunch and dinner, so it's only logical that the prices stay the same. Lunch is by default a bargain... So, actually, I go to W both night and day. I know my posts overlap, but I imagine both are basically the same! The taste is unmistakable. I think that the standard of Mizutaki will be Orange-san from now on. I'm sure that Mizutaki will become the standard for Mizutaki in the future! Check it out!

I had Hakata's specialty, chicken water hot pot, for the first time. The broth was delicious and natural, so it had no salt (for those who don't usually reduce salt, I think it would taste good with added salt). The final rice porridge set was also delicious. The quality of the ingredients was good for the body, so I felt good afterward.

I recently went to Fukuoka and Saga for a good food camp: ✈️ On the third night, we went to Fukuoka's Mizutaki restaurant "Orange" 🐓. This is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant! 💁 By the way, this is my second visit to this restaurant ✌️ It's open all day, so it's very easy to use! 👏👏. ▪️ Mizutaki (3,100 yen) 🐔🐔. Tsukune Tsukune" thrown in at the end, this was really good! 🙌🙌 The combination of rich chicken and onions, it tastes like a hamburger steak anymore! 😳 This is the strongest "Tsukune" that absorbed the various broths cooked in the first half of the dish! 😏 ●"Breast meat" and "thigh meat". Both are plump and delicious! 🤤 They must have taken a lot of time and effort in the preprocessing, there is no strange smell, just the refined flavor of the chicken! 🙆🙆🙆 Really delicious! 😭 Breast meat with sesame sauce It was served as an appetizer and it was amazingly delicious! 😳 The breast meat is steamed but not dry at all, moist & plump! 💕 The special sesame sauce goes so well with this! 👍 I wanted to have another serving! 🤣🤣 Vegetables and chicken I finished off the meal with a lot of vegetables and merci! ✨✨I really wanted to have zosui at the end, but I was going to have ramen 🍜 afterwards, so I gave up! 🤦‍♀️ The restaurant is clean and the waitress does all the pots and pans, so it's cozy! ⭕️ It's cheap, tasty, and they're always open, so I keep coming back! ☺️ I'm sure I'll come back next time I'm in Fukuoka! L'atmosfera complessiva è molto buona 👍, il personale è anche molto attento e cordiale, le spiegazioni sono dettagliate e complete, facendo sentire le persone molto rilassate e a proprio agio. Per quanto riguarda la cucina, la gestione dei tempi di cottura è molto precisa, si può chiaramente percepire che ogni piatto è cucinato con la giusta cottura e attenzione ai dettagli. Dalla presentazione dei piatti si può notare che ogni prelibatezza ha un processo di cottura standard e rigoroso, rendendo l'esperienza complessiva del pasto ancora più completa e memorabile. È molto consigliato da provare a Fukuoka, dopo aver assaggiato si può fare una passeggiata nel vicino Parco Ohori.

Mizutaki Restaurant "Orange" near Ohori Park. All the dishes are very tasty with good soup stock, but the tsukune is the best in my life. But the tsukune was the best in my life! I want to eat it again and again!

I piatti sono deliziosi, il servizio del personale è ottimo, ma suggerirei che la persona alla cassa sia sempre la stessa. Non sono giapponese, ho già pagato a un membro del personale, ma quando sono uscito, altri membri del personale continuavano a chiedermi se avevo già pagato. Ho detto di sì, ma non sembravano molto convinti, il che mi ha fatto sentire un po' sminuito.

I ate my first Hakata mizutaki before the age of 40. I enjoyed the chicken broth so rich that I could not have imagined it from the name "Mizutaki," a dish with a light image. It was the ultimate in luxury.
