A renowned Edomae sushi restaurant open late into the night

With a history of 50 years in Asakusa, Shigezushi is a long-established restaurant where you can savor traditional Edomae sushi. The interior, though old, is clean and exudes a pleasant atmosphere. The nigiri made with fresh seafood and real wasabi, carefully selected by the stylish owner, is simply exquisite.

It has a traditional atmosphere, but the interior is well-maintained and calming. The sushi is bite-sized, visually appealing, and easy to eat. The white fish is served with a clear sauce, while other types are gently guided with a different sauce, making the flavors come together perfectly. Both the sashimi and sushi have a solid quality, and the aroma of the fish spreads pleasantly. The fish soup and even the shrimp tails are delicious, providing satisfaction until the very end. Not only can you enjoy sushi, but also tempura, making it a very high-quality local establishment.
