This is the patisserie's unique fruit sandwich course for those who want to eat a little more. Since the brioche is baked at the pace of your meal, the aroma of butter fills the room as the freshly made bread is cut in front of you. This is a hands-on course with an infinite number of choices and combinations, including our signature confiture, fruit, and the custard cream used in our most popular cream puffs.
Inside the candy cane is an abundance of seasonal fruit and our confiture. The cake is finished right in front of your eyes and served freshly made.
