A hidden gem where you can enjoy exquisite fried chicken

Shodai Shoten is a small counter-only establishment located in the friendly alley of Miyazaki City, specializing in fried chicken. The chicken is soaked in saltwater and then carefully fried to enhance its flavor, resulting in a dish that is not greasy and easy to eat. This fried chicken, which maximizes the umami of the chicken, is truly exceptional and has captivated many fans. The half chicken fry, in particular, pairs perfectly with alcohol, making it a place you will want to visit again and again.

The commitment to fried chicken is strong, and the aroma of spices is rich. The half chicken fry allows you to fully appreciate its goodness, and it pairs perfectly with alcohol. The potato salad has a simple flavor that makes you want to reach for more. The oden is satisfying even when left to the chef's choice, and there's the fun of adding your favorite ingredients. The grilled chicken thigh has a robust deliciousness that brings happiness with every bite. A relaxed atmosphere flows, making it a pleasant place to spend time.
