A hidden bistro in Okinawa with a sense of history

O Sole Mio is a long-established bistro located in Hiyane, Okinawa City, boasting a 24-year history. The charming renovated house features a rich garden and a natural atmosphere. It is particularly known as a "great place for spaghetti." In this tranquil setting typical of a long-standing establishment, you can enjoy delicious food along with warm hospitality.

The atmosphere is calm, remodeled from a residence, and it's interesting to enter from the entrance. The garden is spacious with vibrant plants, and the sight of chickens walking around is impressive. Inside the store, the lighting is subdued and has a sense of age, giving a bistro-like flavor. Lunch is served in a course style, starting with appetizers and salads, followed by spaghetti, and the main dish can be chosen according to preference. You can select from options like hamburger, white fish, chicken, pork loin, or beef tenderloin, and it's nice that bread or rice is included. Finally, you can enjoy dessert and drinks, which made me deeply appreciate the charm of this long-established place.
