You can enjoy a different dish each time, depending on the season, in this luxurious course, and you can choose either kamahan (rice cooked in a pot) or Awajishima noodle at the end of the course!
This course includes everything from Obanzai to Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) for a full enjoyment of our restaurant. We can be rented out for parties of 10 or more.
Homemade spicy sauce made with Aomori produced black garlic and black vinegar, and Hokkaido produced water octopus
(Tuna, Kanpachi, Shima Aji, etc.)
The fresh fish will vary depending on the supply.
A simple dish using Awaji Island noodles.
Homemade beef tendon stew and melted Camembert create a kamameshi that is just like risotto.
Homemade pudding with a rich and sticky texture, accented by bitter caramel. A must-try dessert after a meal!
