In a quiet atmosphere at the counter, I was excited to see the teppanyaki cooking right in front of me. The appetizers, including sea grapes and mozuku seaweed, were served in small portions, and I was pleased with the refreshing taste typical of Okinawa. The abalone on the teppan was seasoned simply, and the slight bitterness of the goya sauce provided a nice accent. The butter soy sauce on the sea bream was fluffy in texture, while the skin was crispy, making it very satisfying. The hamburger sandwich and garlic rice were also fragrant, and I enjoyed them with soup poured over, like a chazuke. There are private rooms available, allowing for a relaxed experience, and it was a happy time all the way to dessert.
