The bite-sized dumplings are very impressive. The delicate skin is nicely grilled, and when you bite into it, the sweetness and aroma of the vegetables spread gently. Changing the flavor with table vinegar, pepper, or mustard miso allows you to keep eating as many as you want. The combination of pickled ginger and sauce with the dumplings is fun, like okonomiyaki. I also love the dish with the aroma of cilantro and chili, as well as the refreshing dumplings topped with grated daikon and shiso. To finish, the light soy sauce Chinese noodles provide a comforting end, and the presentation with dice adds a playful touch that brings a smile.
