When I casually walked in, the counter was calm and comfortable. The soba with cloudy broth had noodles that were smooth and chewy, making it enjoyable to slurp. It was topped with three slices of pork, kamaboko, and soft bone soki, all of which were tender and infused with flavor. The soup, flavored with bonito, was light yet rich, and I couldn't help but drink it all. The specialty Daito sushi had marinated tuna that was just the right flavor, perfectly balanced with the rice. While gazing at the wall full of colored paper, the quick service also helped me enjoy my meal pleasantly until the end.
