This is a set of our recommended menu items. This set menu is designed to serve 2 to 3 people per set. We would appreciate it if you could order additional items on the same day. Each grilled pork and pork belly skewer is served individually. Please remove them from the skewer and share them. Yakiton (grilled pork belly) and skewers made from Agu pork and Yanbaru pork are fresh and never frozen. The stewed pork is also excellent, and the low-temperature-cooked buta-sashi is outstandingly delicious. The shredded cabbage dressing is also our special, homemade dressing. The dressing is made with vegetables and eggs as the main ingredients. Our special homemade spicy miso goes great with grilled pork and kushiyaki skewers.
