This course is designed to provide you with a full range of dishes from Taizan's popular menu. You can enjoy everything from grilled dishes to rice dishes and desserts.
This is a course menu that includes all of the popular dishes from the Taizan menu as well as rare parts. Other than that, you can enjoy grilled dishes, rice dishes, and desserts as in the Taizan Course.
The course includes our standard menu such as Shio-jo Karubi, Tan Shio, etc., appetizers, and rice dishes! You can also choose your favorite drink. Enjoy a luxurious lunch at Taizan.
It can be added to either a course meal or an individual dish for 2,750 yen (tax included) per person!
We serve finely marbled Sendai beef with just the right amount of fat, cut fresh! You can order as many additional pieces as you like (1 piece for 488 yen)!
When it comes to Sendai, it's all about beef tongue! We have captivated many customers, and some even travel from outside the prefecture just to enjoy our beef tongue. This dish, made from carefully selected beef tongue, is a tender yet chewy delicacy that becomes addictive!

Assorted Kimchi (Daikon/Cucumber/Chinese Cabbage) When it comes to grilled meat, kimchi is an essential accompaniment. We carefully select only the best Chinese cabbage sourced from across the country, tailored to the season, for our kimchi. We combine it with Korean chili pepper and adjust the flavor using our original recipe. After preparing 25 kg of kimchi over two days, we let it ferment for six days, serving it at the perfect stage of fermentation.
