A delicate harmony of French tempura and Japanese flavors

Osaka Tempura Saku is a hidden tempura restaurant located in a renovated traditional house in Nakazakicho. The tempura, created by a French chef, beautifully harmonizes Japanese and Western elements, providing a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Each piece of tempura is like a work of art, and when enjoyed with carefully selected drinks by a sommelier, it creates a blissful experience.

The interior, which has been carefully renovated from an old house, is comfortable and allows you to relax immediately. The course featuring tempura with a Western twist offers surprises with each dish. The shrimp is lightly coated and plump, perfectly complementing the sauce. The tempura of sea bream and venison is also fragrant and juicy, clearly showcasing the quality of the ingredients. There is a wide variety of homemade drinks, wines, and sake, and it's nice to have suggestions that pair well with the dishes. The staff's attentiveness is warm, and I was able to enjoy the tempura slowly in a calm atmosphere.
