This is an izakaya with a Showa retro atmosphere. The interior is centered around a counter where you can sit comfortably, and the staff are friendly. The grilled pork skewers are served in the order they are cooked, allowing you to enjoy them until you decide to stop. The skewers are served without seasoning, and it's customary here to dip them in the miso on the table. The skewers with green onions are fragrant, and the textures of the tongue and cartilage are pleasant. The liver is cooked to a creamy consistency, making it a perfect match with alcohol.
