Every skewer is delicious, and I can't stop eating. The parts like heart and heart meat have a firm texture, which is very satisfying. The white liver sashimi has a creamy melt-in-your-mouth quality and doesn't have an unpleasant smell. I feel it's easy to eat even for those who are not fond of liver. The neck meat and young chicken are enhanced by a clever use of condiments, resulting in a well-balanced flavor. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lively, and you can also enjoy highballs and shochu together.
