Kabosu is a specialty citrus fruit from Oita Prefecture. Oita Prefecture accounts for over 95% of the kabosu harvest in Japan, and its consumption is also the highest in the country. This kabosu juice, which is hardly known outside the prefecture, is dry-hopped with citra! It has evolved into an even rarer drink.
