The lunch business, which started in February, may not be well known yet, but you can enjoy a leisurely lunch without worrying about shortening your time request. The food is excellent, with dishes such as go-moku-mame (five-stringed green beans) and tokko (Chinese ink), and the steamed Kanou crab with rice is also irresistible. The atmosphere of the restaurant is dignified, and the proprietress is wonderful. Dishes using fresh fish and high quality vegetables are elegant and fresh. In addition, the sea urchins and fish are held to allow you to carefully enjoy their aroma and flavor. I was impressed by the careful selection of ingredients and cooking methods.
