Using domestically produced fresh offal, choose your preferred flavor from four exquisite motsunabe options: Miso, Soy Sauce (1670 yen), Chige, Kiwami, and Yuzu Salt (1780 yen).

A soy sauce-based flavor beloved by the people of Hakata, it pairs well with both zosui and champon.

It is a mildly spicy soup with added spicy miso. Once you take a bite, the flavor becomes addictive. It is also delicious when dipped in a raw egg. For the finish, ramen or risotto is recommended!

A refreshing taste with a soy sauce base using kombu dashi without garlic or chili. It is a delicious soup with a mild and elegant umami flavor. We recommend finishing it with udon or mentaiko rice porridge! Feel free to add ponzu to your liking!
