When it comes to Hakata Motsunabe, the snow-viewing nabe is famous, but a rival has appeared!! We wanted to create a collaboration nabe with the Owl Snow-Viewing Nabe and Hakata Mentaiko‼︎ In response to numerous customer requests, it has finally been completed with pride. The seafood broth that Owl is proud of, combined with the original blend of yam's thickness, and the classic Hakata specialty 'Mentaiko' that spreads throughout the nabe are a perfect match‼︎
