Kue (kue) is shipped directly from the Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture. The fat, the firmness of the meat, and the flavor. Kue is a first-class product in every way. Kue is served not only as sashimi, but also as a nabe (hot pot) with its plump meat and ara, from which the finest soup stock is made. Torafugu is a winter staple. We serve all our own torafugu, which is processed at our restaurant, and let it mature for a few days before serving it to our customers at the perfect time. Tessa, tecchiri, karaage, and zosui (rice porridge). A great way to end the year! All-you-can-drink for 2 hours is available for an additional 2,160 yen.
