A luxurious dish featuring 10 types of seasonal sashimi. The chef personally visits the market every morning to select fish that have been freshly caught that day. The contents may vary depending on the season and availability, allowing you to enjoy the freshest flavors at any given time.
'Phantom fish' is what they call the local fish Akappo from Wakayama. The fatty flesh is firm and has a refined flavor that is a highlight. At this restaurant, they take it out of the tank and prepare it fresh for each order, and they can also accommodate requests for other dishes.
A platter of 9 carefully hand-formed sushi pieces. The rice, blended with a unique vinegar mix, has a delicate texture that falls apart in your mouth. It maintains a sense of unity with the toppings while enhancing the deliciousness of the ingredients. Sushi can also be ordered individually.

Since our establishment, our signature product has been the Kenken Katsuo from Kushimoto, used for a two-type comparison. The belly part is marinated in a unique sauce made with Kanayamaji Miso and Yuasa Soy Sauce, while the back part is lightly salted and served with shirasu from Kadata and Kishu Nankai Ume. The Ashiaka Ebi is carefully selected from the market every morning, and we prepare it with our proud dashi for a smooth tempura udon. This is a 'Shobu Meshi' you want to eat for a big match.
