Pork Ippon Ramen (medium, 1,300 yen) As the name suggests, it contains a whole pork chashu pork. When I took a bite of the pork, I thought, "It is fully soaked with flavor, so it will be hard at the end of the meal," so I decided to eat it first. My strategy of soaking the pork generously in the soup, eating two or three slices of pork, and then slurping the noodles worked well, and before I knew it, I had finished the dish. It is a Jiro-inspired restaurant, but the amount of noodles is not that large. I chose the normal amount of vegetables, but it seems that they also have a better and a better version, so those who are confident in their stomachs may want to give it a try. The soup is non-emulsified, so it is light and light among the Jiro style. I would like to try Yaki-Ramen and Pork Ippon Curry.
