The restaurant is clean, and the staff's service is pleasant. The skewers of chicken skin, which are carefully prepared, are grilled to perfection with a wonderful aroma; they are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, making them addictive. The seared sashimi has a fragrant aroma, and the flavor of the fish is well conveyed. When you open the wrapped dish, the scent of the broth rises, and the combination of fish and vegetables is very good. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and each skewer of yakitori are made with care, and the chicken meat is particularly juicy and satisfying. Both the beer and sake are delicious, allowing you to enjoy them slowly with the food.
