The rotobeef bowl is delicate and delicious, with an elegant hinny flavor. The combination of egg yolk and soy sauce was excellent, and the rice was very satisfying with a delicious salty portion of jalapeño sauce soaked in salt. The restaurant's setup in a renovated old house is lovely, and the roast beef bowl cooked at low temperature is beautiful to look at. It is a luxurious moment to enjoy it while mashing the egg yolk on top with the slightly sweet soy sauce with dashi broth. The chopped wasabi accent is also a nice touch. I would like to revisit this very tasty restaurant in the evening.
