Shio Ramen Delicious. In the past two weeks or so, three or four people have told me that there is going to be an Aburi in Roppongi, or that an Aburi has been opened, and each time I responded, "Isn't it in Azabu Juban? I answered, "It's not in Azabu Juban, is it? The location is near Roppongi Crossing, where Yoshinoya used to be located. Shio Ramen (Mellow flavor, 750 yen) The noodles are firm, the soup is sharp, the potherb mustard is crunchy, the finely sliced bamboo shoots intertwine with the noodles, and the char-grilled pork is very aromatic. This completes the list of restaurants in Ebisu, Nakameguro, Harajuku, and Azabu-juban.

AFURI Roppongi Yuzu Shoyu Ramen I sometimes have a craving for this stylish ramen. I'm usually a thick noodle guy, but this is something else. I usually prefer thick noodles, but this is different. The yuzu is refreshing. It's gone in an instant. The fact that it can be changed to konjac noodles is also a plus for women. Well, I'm all for wheat noodles.
